Getting started
Get started by completing our quick online questionnaire. We will then follow up with a phone call. If we’re a good fit, we’ll organise a face-to-face meeting to discuss your project in more detail.

Design consultation
At this meeting, we’ll go over your ideas, plans, photos and budget. We’ll also complete a Client Selection Checklist to help us get a clear picture of your vision and practical requirements.

Plans & estimate
Whether you already have full plans or are just starting out with ideas, we’ll guide you through the right path, moving straight into documentation and pricing if plans are ready, or helping shape your concept.

Finalise paperwork
Once you accept the quote, we’ll prepare the contract paperwork and request a deposit. We’ll then apply for your building permit and lock in all required documents and selections.

Project start
With approvals in place and everything ready to go, we’ll confirm a start date. Throughout the build, you’ll stay informed via regular site visits, phone calls and email updates.

Handover
Your new space is ready! We’ll ensure everything is completed to a high standard, leave your site clean and tidy, and finalise the sign-off. Now it’s time to enjoy your finished project.

How far can you travel for your projects?
We service all of Victoria. If you’re unsure whether we can reach your location, just get in touch; we’re always happy to discuss your project and confirm availability.
Do I need to have plans already drafted to get a quote?
Not at all. While some clients come to us with existing plans, it’s not a requirement. We’re happy to assist with developing and finalising your plans as part of the process.
Do I need to organise permits?
Most large-scale renovations and extensions will require permits. You can choose to handle this yourself, or we can take care of the paperwork for you. Please note, permit approvals can affect project timelines.
Can you help with smaller jobs?
Absolutely. We’re just as committed to the smaller projects, from decks and ramps to repairs and installations, as we are to the big ones.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All major structural work completed by our team is covered by a guarantee, which is provided upon completion.
What are your typical turnaround times?
Turnaround times vary depending on the size of the project. If you’d like an idea of how long your specific project might take, get in touch; we’re happy to talk it through.
Do you build new homes?
No, we don’t. We focus on renovations, extensions, conversions and custom sheds, rather than new builds.
